First, let me say that the Windows 10 upgrade (I did a clean install) seems to be working great on my HDX 16. I do have a few device drivers I and Microsoft cannot figure out. When I bring up Device Manager, under Other Devices I have: >? Other Device -?! Base System Device (call this one 1) -?! Base System Device (2) -?! Base System Device. Hi, I just installed Windows 10 on my aging Dell Inspiron 1720 labtop. Everything worked fine but after viewing the device manager I see there is one missing driver. It's the Ricoh card reader driver I believe. I went to Dell, typed in my Service Tag, and found a driver under the 'chipset' category. I tried to install it but it says I need a 64 bit driver. Buy windows xp for mac.
